.... a degree does not insure anyone of decent or higher wages. An individual's ability to use their mind, talent (s), work ethic, and desire for greater earnings is the sole limitation of income.

I personally have worked for a man who barely graduated from high school who started with a tiny company and then led them to be a $3+ billion corporation and earned over a million a year and deserved every penny of it because he made sure his employees were rewarded for performance, and his stock holders earned an above average return on investment as well.

I've also worked for college grads who had not a clue as to what works in the real business world.

I'm a college grad, owning my own business, working for myself ... and now hunting for a better, higher paying job with a smarter, harder working, more motivated, better paying boss! :rofl:
