Every male in my fathers side had a wide gap between there front teeth, My father used to spit tobacco between his---I tried to copy him and found out I hated chewing tobacco but I did Smoke till I was 23 But I quit that, Because every time I swallowed it felt like I was swallowing a Golf Ball so one night I pitched a carton out the window somewhere in (Clarke)Clark county and Quit---I had the split till I had my front teeth pulled because of gum problems (loose teeth)---My daughter was the first female to have it---I had a dentist pull (1) of her teeth to get rid of that problem, My father wanted to Not have it done because it ran in the family---I told him that it might be alright for a Male but my daughter was not going through life being called Beaver---He never forgave me for having it done---
