First comment, DO NOT CLEAN IT YOURSELF! Although it is not a valuable coin due to the lack of definition on both sides but it is rare to find one of these on the beach so be very ecstatic! I think it was minted in Lima Peru or Potosi Columbia. Without better details it's hard to tell. Check on the Mel Fisher web site forum and you may get a good read on it.
