Water hunt today

I went out to a lake primarily to do some photography but of course couldn't resist slipping my waders, scoop and Sand Shark in the trunk. (just in case...)

So after a nice walk around with the camera I decided to make use of the gear and got into the lake for a bit of a hunt...which became quite a long hunt of course..

Anyhow, got a couple of bracelets, 2 rings, some change, a sheath knife handle and a couple of toys for my grandson. It was cold and windy and it wasn't long before I couldn't feel my fingers but all in all it was a fun day out.

Here's the loot...

And here's a closeup of the rings and silver bracelet.

wow nice, do you find these things in the main swimming areas or does sand still move around all over even in lakes?

Thanks guys! Dynobyke, these were all in the main swimming area. In our lakes things stay pretty much where they were lost although storms will open troughs that let you find stuff that was covered previously and the winter ice will push things in so spring hunts often are productive even in places you'd hunted hard the previous year.
