Thanks Donna for the info. My son has just ordered me one from amazon. it was 17.99. like you said don't know if it will be any good. Ive had a good one for twelve years. just know bit the dust. That Texas talk for it don't work anymore. Hi HI thanks again.

From what I've researched about them they will tell you if it's not a diamond but if it says its a diamond it still may not be one.

My son just gave me one of those D. testers from Amazon, for my Birthday. Ive tested several diamond rings an all tested real like it should. tested a few C.Z.s an they all showed not diamonds. The instruction tells how to adjust the tester for every test, and ive found you have to follow the instructions close. still easy to used once you get the hang of it.
