If I understand this correctly, you found two connected gold rings weighing over six ounces and a 475 year old coin at this hunt.

Awesome........ Congratulations.

WOW, over 6 ounces of gold lets see now, Hmmmm. That's how much? Congratulations are in order.[attachment 160402 ani_einstein.gif] Rob

Thanks for the translated story Bjorn and congratulations on the big find. Don't forget to let White's know of your good fortune.........

That translated good enough to see that it was a find of a lifetime!!!!! Very big congratulations to you Bjorn! Simply amazing!

Thanks guys.... it was a stunning rally in all aspects.

The coil is the standard elliptical 6x10, absolutely no test coil. The camera effect makes it look round.

Google translate managed to translate 6-7 grams to 6.7 ounces.. The true weight is not known yet but probably between 6 and 10 grams.

The V3 hit the gold strong at 4" and ID as +8 on all 3 freqs. No smear what so ever but there was numerous coal in the same area with same range ID that smear all over the place. V3 is very good at sites with lots of coal, You can easily ID the coal and do not have to disc out the coal ranges ( then the goldrings would not have been found ). The ground measured at -91 on the probe after zeroing. I was running a HI PRO program with gain 6.

The coin was found by a different person.

Lots of other very good finds at the monestary this weekend.
