:usaflag: This Old Hunter Made The News!! :detecting:

We aren't often offered an opportunity to tell our stories in this way.

In the '80s I recovered a ring and returned it that had been lost 40 years!

The fellow who got it back had an acquaintance on a newspaper staff and got the story published.

The owner in this story had an acquaintance on the news crew and now the story is shared.

I am grateful for the chance to shed a positive light on our hobby.

Thanks you all for your kind replies Friends,

CJ

That was truly inspiring Cupajo, There is nothing more satisfying than returning a precious or sentimental piece of jewelry or heirloom back to it's rightful owner.... especially after years of its departure. I have read your posts numerous times and I love the way you always stay true and have superior confidence in your dual field and you keep it simple. I love the video and after seeing the hat it explains all those numerous posts that I have read of yours..... I love it and keep doing what your doing.... The detector world needs more people just like you.

You deserve all the credit and recognition that you got CJ and probably a lot more
that should be given. Happy for you.....well done. Gold Nuggets :wiggle:
