All winter long I have been wondering what the winter storms might have covered along this stretch of beach. When I arrived there this drizzly AM early for a bit of beach combing, a dozer was hard at work moving sand around to create a fairly level "playing field" for this years beach lovers.

The big yellow dozer is just visible in the distance if you click on the third and fourth pictures.

He should finish today and if the weather co-operates and I can shake a seasonal allergies problem, I plan to cruise this stretch with my good old Excal or maybe the Ace 250 to find out what has been uncovered.

More later!!

Likely moved a good layer of the top sand should be productive !

Very Nice Beach Cj....................If that was a beach in Anne Arundal County Maryland, ...it would be private...........only a few are public, and they have limited hunting hours..thanks for the pictures, Good Luck.....joe

Wow Folks, I haven't had so many replies at one time since I posted a few gold rings one time!!

This is a private beach, but being a local on the Connecticut Shore for over 40 years has given me a little "pull" locally, not to mention I have spent Many hours picking up trash on the local beaches to establish good will. (Never hurts!)

Thanks for your good wishes Friends!
