Are the updates for the D2 the same for the WS6 master? They just say Deus II and updates for the remote and headset which is the WS6 but what about the D2 lite which is only the WS6 Master, does it do the full update like the remote?
Has anyone also tried accessing anything on the website using an iOS device, it seems like there are always issues, is everything geared for PC only. Curious if anyone using a D2 lite updated and what versions did it come with and did it improve anything. Thanks

DEUS 2 ..WS6 .. is DEUS 2 Master cam use the WSAUDIO 11 / WSAudio XL

DEUS 1 update V6 changes the Lite to Master so you can use WD$4 / WS5 can use with WSAudio HP

XP is obviously much more technical and takes a bit more to get used to than other standard detectors. The terminology takes a bit to get used as well and can be a bit confusing.
A standard detector might have say a 6”, 9”,11”, and maybe 6x9coil.
Seems there are three 9” coils for the xp? 9hf, 9x35 etc. and the headphones ws4,ws5, ws6 , make your head spin at first lol
The D2 lite 9” and WSA II
Hopefully WSAII works with it ?

I uae the DEUS 1 in #9 HOT program .. I change the #9 program disc from -6.4 to 10 full tomes and named it #11HOT2 with the 9.5 HF coil

DUES 2 is called Master can use the WSA 11 / WSA XL
DEUS1 Version 5.31 is called the Lite ... can not use the WSA
DEUS1 Version 6 is called the Master ... can use the WSA

DD….the current version for the Deus2 is .71. The update is the same and works the same with the remote control and WS6, minus the couple limitations of the WS6. It has been shown that the NEW update coming up which has not been released yet WILL have all of the notch features of the remote control, so they are bringing still more of the functionality of the remote to the WS6 puck with the upcoming update. This applies if you are considering the Deus2 of course….
DO NOT FORGET!….when you get the Deus2, it comes with a program called “Deus Mono” which is effectively a “better and enhanced version” of the Deus1”, although it still uses the Deus2 coils. It allows you to run MANY single frequencies just like the Deus1 in that program. The “bang for the buck” is actually quite high…

Thanks for the help. Yes I noticed the “mono” getting used to all the programming is going to be a chore.
Mostly park and relic hunt occasionally the beach dry sand mostly.
There isn’t much old coins in my area as most of the state is newly developed.
So modern trash, coins,etc so to enjoy this hobby here you basically dig everything. Occasionally you get some jewelry good and junk so the point is don’t want to discriminate or notch much. Actually i run all metal alot. Not sure which program is close to all metal.
Mineralization is not a problem here either except at the beach than multi frequency is a must.
