Update - Some Very Sad News Regarding My Lost Son

You have been such an inspiration to all of us here at the forum. Our sincere prayers go out to you and your family during this time.I am sure even as we venture out each day to look for treasures, that your precious son has found the greatest treasure. I am sure he is walking on the streets paved with GOLD. We will continue to pray that GOD will give you and your family the strength as the days go by.

Our prayers go with you. We lost a granddaughter, 15, murdered, in Sept. 2006. Our deepest condolances. You are right - it's not susposed to end this way.

John; we don't know each other but I have always enjoyed your uplifting posts! Your news about your son has deeply affected me. We lost our daughter in feb of this year to a senseless and as of yet, unsolved double homicide. (both Her and Her Husband) so our wounds are still very fresh. We can truly say we know what you are going through. Parents should never have to lose a child! Only by the grace and power of our loving Father God can we deal with and survive a storm like this. The support and prayers of our fellows are vital and you are in ours! our deepest sympathy's, Ed in colo.
