Toggle Switches, a suggestion

Howdy MMan, just to give you a quick answer... on my silver, by looking at it, you could not tell position, but that's ok, as Deliveryboy said, my toggle basically has only two positions. Not a big deal, for me anyways.

Yeah, would be cool if Tesoro would rubberize those toggles. I would think it would be cheaper for them to add a rubber boot, versus repairing one that had sand in it... of course though I'm sure someone there would have evaluated this etc.... who knows more than I do. Lol.

Anyways, this fix, was cheap, easy and works great. Good luck ya'll.

Agreed Tesoro should spend the less than a buck it takes to send them out with boot covers. The cost to repair and ship back to the customer is much more expensive than the boot cover.

The rubber toggle switch boots would just create an annoying service issue, even more annoying than the occasional toggle switch replacement/repair. The high number of switch cycles on say a Tejon, as opposed to some marine applications where the switch is only cycled a couple times a day, would wear through the boot in no time.
