I took it in High School, but wasn't interested. I collected antiques and historical items ever since I was a kid, but never enjoyed history class. I took Marine Corps. history at Parris Island and started to enjoy it. I guess the reason is I found more of a correlation to my life. After the Marines I bought a detector(wish I had one then, I was in CA most of my enlistment and could have searched for gold) Anyway I recently began researching places to hunt and also took a few history classes. Now I am hooked on history and wish I hadn't taken all thoses science classes to be a science teacher. Guess I can work as a science teacher and get a history degree later. :)
