We have a Pisgah Forest in north west North Carolina. I wonder if they are related? Great pictures. I never pictured Alabama to be mountainous and not burning hot!

Missouri tax tokens are made of zinc and are usually pretty corroded. I have found six this year.
 
How great is that? :drool: I've been meaning to ransack NE Al up at Mentone and perhaps the blue cave trout hole on Guntersville...lots of stuff went on at the blue cave trout hole...I'm pretty sure theres gold and at least silver in there...for sure relics...only accessible by boat, or horse...only times in there was before I detected, but its been on my mind a lot lately....North East Alabama is indeed mountainous...all the storms break on the foothills of the appalacians like waves off the bow of a ship..:thumbup:
