Did you use the same cable for the puck to update the headphones?I’ve got everything updated. Where’s Mirlen? He didn’t just show up to bitch did he?
Yes. The headphones are a bit of a headache, you have to press the “minus” button and then quickly press the “plus” button, you can’t press them both immediately together.Did you use the same cable for the puck to update the headphones?
Hey Tony, I'm having the same issue with remote and WS6 not pairing. What's the trick, thanks.I did the update, it didn’t take too long but it took me over twenty minutes to pair the two devices.

Thanks Tony, I didn't really mess with it that long last night. It was getting late and I didn't want to waste a lot of time messing around with it. I'll give it a whirl when I get off work this afternoon, thanks for the response. No trick, I just kept trying.
I turned both off, then turned on the remote and pressed the minus button on headphones for two seconds and it finally worked.
I hope you get it paired

One thing I remember doing was pointing the remote at the coil until it was paired. Than I did the headphones, I’m not convinced that matters or not. Thanks Tony, I didn't really mess with it that long last night.
