The new F70....a video introduction

I just think that the "in field" testing will be alot better than just 10 min of the LCD screen :)

LOL Just kidding....
It really is a nice detector, and a keeo for me. Very close to the F75 at alot less $$. It should dominate it's price point.......
HH,
Bill

Hopefully my 70 will be coming any day now. I have two 75's now so I hope the 70 will be different enough so mine doesn't go back to Cabelas after four days too!! :D And to think we used to have to count on Larry for this much fun.

It seems to have a lot of features, and price-wise will really fill a niche.
The first unit that someone used was flawed badly from the factory.
Have they cleared up the problems? Supposedly its CZ-like, well..........

I'm new to this particular forum, and looking for a new detector. Mr Ladd I really enjoy your videos, and price aside
would you recommend the F-75 over the F-70? Or are they too different to make that judgment? Has all the glitches
been worked out of the F-70, and can it be updated? I don't mind spending the money on the F-75, I just wonder
if all its features are necessary? I currently use a 1270, but would like something that gives me more information
than just beep-beep. Also it seems to like hot rocks.
Your opinion would be highly valued.

For twice the price The F75 is loaded with more options. Like the different "process" modes, has the excellent trigger, and great DD coil (plus more I'm forgetting). For twice the price you have to expect the F75 to be a little deeper too....
HH,
Bill

Many people are unaware, but here in Greece it is possible to obtain a permit to use a metal detector. In many places coins
are very shalow, while others they are very deep. I have read post of the Stat mode which say it is deepest,
have you tried this mode and for groups of coins too?

Thanks you.
I really appreciated seeing the 10 min DVD.
Can't you expand on this a bit more? Some of the things you show need a bit more explanation.
I HATE reading, especially technical stuff like manuals. I learn better when shown
like many other people I know.

A shorty on the F2 would also be nice as well.

I'd like to hear how the tones are as well. You did a good job. Too bad Fisher/Frist Texas
doesn't think enough of its future customers to spend the money to put out DVD's like this.
Fortunately we have Garrett and Whites and fortunately THEY put out good machines.

AGain, great intro.
RR:clapping:

Would looove to see a great video like this on the Fisher F5 when it makes an appearance.. how bout it Bill??

Not sure if this is foolproof accurate info, but I received an email from Steve Carr at Kellyco informing me that they expect to receive the F5s in a week to a week and a half... as long as his word to me is good and Fisher's word to them is good. Hmmm, alot of ifs- let's just hope then.
