That's sad.Thanks for the info. I have had the legend since before thanksgiving but due to working out of town I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. But when you’re only home 7 days a month the chores get behind. I am gonna try to use it a little bit here in the next day or so I’ll keep ya posted.
Not even the beaches ?Good advice but Middletown Ohio where I work they don’t allow any detecting in the parks or anything. Their not very detector friendly lol.
That's Eggzakly what I did.I was never much one for asking permission to detect personal property, too much of an introvert I guess. I did have a friend that kept a detector in his work truck and every time he was out at a customers location he would ask permission to detect. Worked quite well for him and over the years he collected permissions to some very nice locations.

My line truck got me on many permissions.
Even some mansions.
I believe I can honestly say.
I'm the only civilian to detect the Coast Guard station here on lake Erie. Though still had to have an escort.

About 1500' away. Boat dock at the end of the road.You live up on Lake Erie? Man I been trying to get up there catch some of those walleye. Me and my dad had some good trips off of south bass island.
