Take a YouTube video for us to see and hear if you can. I'm not positive if you reversed the polarity + to - and - to + it may have burnt something up but I would think in these detectors there world be a diode ? to protect it. You may have opened up the connector on the detector forcing it the wrong way or broke a wire prying it apart but were all just guessing so post a video or pictures good luck

There is no program it has a circuit board with circuit pots( knobs) that you tune it with along with a flip switch. Make sure you flip the switch to disc. Mode if that don't make the constant buzzing sound go away. It needs to be sent to Tesoro.

tested here have said that the program is corrupted, you need to put a new program.
now need a program Vaquero. I do not know where to look

I'd say your circuit board is bad and it needs replaced by Tesoro at their factory.

Well you may need to look for a new metal detector. The only way yours is going to get fixed is a trip to the Tesoro factory. Have you tried another 9 volt battery? The one your using may be bad.
