I was just wondering what the average turn around time is with Tesoro for getting a machine back from service? Thanks.
 
About the same here. I just sent one in today, so we'll see.
 
The only time I've used them was 10 days. I spose it varies a bit from time to time.

Hopefully, fast. Sent my Cortes in on the 8th. UPS says it will be there on the 12th. And if Tesoro can get it done in 1-2 days. looks like it will be about 2 weeks. HH.
