t2 or new omega 8000

After reading and trying to learn, I went with a used Omega. won't be here till prob this weekend if the postman is on my side.

I like my Xlt but theres stuff on there i will probably never understand. But i do like that I don't need to know all of it to have success with it.

I do own a Vaquero and a Golden that I am using more and more. I use the Xlt when I am doing a nice yard because of the pinpoint depth reading, not as good with that on the Tesoros yet.

I will end up selling some of my other machines to defray the cost of the Omega
 
Get the new T2 and the 8000 then you have two freq to find history..
 
Just as your Vaquero and Golden have differences between them, and both differ from your XLT, the Omega is going to seem a bit unusual at first. In the Discriminate mode, I find the d4 Tone setting (4 tones) to work better than the Golden
 
I'm hoping that it is here tomorrow. Can't way to get to work with it.
I've been trying to read past post to get up to speed on it.
