T 2+ and pinpointer chatter

I have the T2+. I also have the Tek Point pinpointer. The pinpointer interferes with the detector when I turn it on. I have tried all the frequencies on the detector, no change. What do I need to do to make it stop. I have to remove my heaphones to use the pinpointrt.

I have a T2 classic and the same pinpointer. It’s been a while, but I think I adjusted the pinpointer freq instead of the T2 freq. I do not have any issues now..

I have the a few different pinpointers and the Tek pointer is by far the best of the bunch. They all cause chatter with my t2 with the Tek pointer being the biggest culprit. I bought a set of headphones with a mode switch. When I go to pinpoint a target I just switch the mode switch to the 2nd position ending all the chatter and switch it back when I’m done. That completely took care of the issue.

On page 10 of the F Pulse manual under frequency shifting, there is instructions on how to stop interference. Tek point and F Pulse are the same except color. Waynea is correct.
