SWEET hunt in the muck with friends.:clapping:

Good job guys.
Bryce I don't know how you find coins in iron like that. I think it has something to do with a lot of time learning and knowing the machine though:thumbup:

We had a lot of fun buddy. I think the ground is freezing on us now:thumbdown:...and the snow isn't helping anything either.
I love to see you pull a coin from iron and I hope you kept the little clod with the merc imprint and iron stain on it.

Great stuff! I love hunting in the muck. I have found some of my oldest, best and deepest when rooting around in the slop.

They are much appreciated.

This winter has been like no other I can ever remember.

The ground here in IL never did freeze completely to where I couldn't hunt....at least not yet.

In fact it was mucky in most spots from all the moisture that didn't freeze.

As for the size of Brad's hand in the pic:surprised:...yep...looks like a big frying pan hooked onto the end of a thick tree limb:bouncy:

This is why I hunt..for stories like theese..its a true inspiration. You guys are the best and ty for making my sunday.

OH dont shake that dudes hand....you hunting with Andre the Giant was dead!!

Nice hunt bud and looks like dave and brad did well too. I see Herk is sporting a new hunting jacket:thumbup:
I bet me and brad could put away a few flapjacks...lol.
