I was surprised. I got a Wheat at a full 6" with my VX3 with a 4X6 coil. Funny thing though it read a 80 VDI

6 inches is not that suprising the v3i can hit deep. Might not be as accurate or accurate with the display but it will hit targets at 12 inches.
