Surfmaster PI pro or Surf PI dual field ?

I'm really trying to get some expert advice on choosing the best water / wet sand machine for my area. I'm in Central / Northern Ca. Black sand seems to be pretty common on many of the local beaches. Since I haven't received any advice to the contrary, I've determined for myself that I'm going to go with a Whites PI. I'd like to hear any advice, info and recommendations you may have on the Surfmaster PI pro vs the Surf PI dual field. Which would you recommend and why ? What's the main differences, advantages and disadvantages ? Which model/version to get or avoid ? Coil options ? Help on any or all of these points would be very much appreciated. For that matter, ANY info on these units that may be of help is also welcome. Thanks.

Scott, I found the Dual field to be more stable than the PI Pro and it also goes deeper. With the Dual Field's adjustable pulse delay, you can also detect smaller targets by setting the control to just barely on. Hope this info helps.....

Yes it does Pete. Thank you.
