Still Strugglin'

I have used my 75 to recover more than 800 relics from a heavily iron infested site that was previously a factory in the 1870's. I use de mode,sens99,monotone, disc 6. Anything that halfway sounds off and jumps past 6 or 7 I dig and always get good relics, many times next to some iron. It is unbeatable in iron but the numbers will never lock on unless the item is isolated. Tried it in an old park that is still being used and in 4htone it will drive you nuts. This machine is superb at relic hunting, but is challenging in lot of modern trash.

Can you explain that a little more? I have never thought about this.

So if I set my disc at 10 or 15 and I go to notch and do anything other than just hit the round button, I am notched in, right? I don't think I have been notching in but I could be. If I am notched in the slash over the low numbers will disappear, right?
