Steve's Carbon-Fiber Detector Shafts -- for Minelab, Garrett, and More...

KSD --

The clamps on my 700/900 two-piece lower shaft assembly are the same clamps (just a smaller size) as I use on my other shafts. I'll attach a couple of pictures, below.

Pricing on the 600/800 complete shafts --

$129 plus shipping, standard, black
$139 plus shipping, counterweight-ready, black
$149 plus shipping, standard, colored
$159 plus shipping, counterweight-ready, colored.

I ALSO offer a line of 600/800 shafts I call my "CarbonPro" line; these shafts are identical to my standard-configuration "Steve's" shafts -- same design, same parts (and from the same suppliers), but I have these shafts assembled at the factory, as opposed to me hand-building them myself. The advantage is, since they don't require any "hand-built" customization, and therefore can be factory assembled, I can offer them at a lower price point.

These "CarbonPro" shafts are NOT available in the "counterweight-ready" configuration, but only the "standard" configuration. Pricing on these ones --

$89.99 SHIPPED, black
$109.99 SHIPPPED, red/black

As for the 700/900 shafts...

Lower rods ONLY,

$69 plus shipping, black (standard-length)
$79 plus shipping, black (tall-man)
$79 plus shipping, colored (red/black, green/black, blue/black)

TWO-PIECE lower shafts (middle and lower sections),

$109 plus shipping, black
$119 plus shipping, colored

Please let me know if you need any additional information; additional details, and pictures, are available at my website -- https://www.stevesdetectorrods.com.

Thanks!

Steve

Thanks for all the info. I'll be in contact as soon as a recoupe some cash for the detectors I recently purchased. Btw like the looks of your clamps, they look beefier than Minelabs. Thanks again Steve.

jimmy clark -- thanks for your interest! The standard-length, black lowers run $69 plus shipping ($11 for UPS Ground to the lower 48 states), "tall-man" black lowers are $79 plus shipping, and colored (red/black, blue/black, green/black), standard-length lowers are $79 plus shipping.

If you are interested, send me an email if you would -- steve@stevesdetectorrods.com.

Thanks,

thanks. but way to high for me. all I need is a lower rod for my nox. not a coil.

KSD -- sounds good, thank you!

Yes, my locks are a bit more "stout" than those used by Minelab, though Minelab's are reasonably good, as well -- at least the ones on my Manticore.

Thank you!

KSDfisher77 -- MY APOLOGIES for not seeing your final question here, at a much earlier date! I somehow missed it...

The clamps I use on my 700/900 lowers, are the same proprietary heavy-duty clamp-type cam locks that I use with all of my other shafts -- they are removable (via 3mm Allen screw), fully adjustable (in terms of clamping tension, via a thumb screw), and utilize marine-grade stainless steel hardware.

Pricing on the Equinox 600/800 shafts depends upon what set-up you want, and whether you prefer a hand-built "Steve's" shaft, or one of my factory-built (but otherwise identical) CarbonPro shafts. The most affordable option (if you don't need the shaft to be "counterweight-ready") is a black 2-piece complete shaft from my CarbonPro line, which runs $89.99 (shipping included).

The current pricing on the 700/900 lower rods is $69 plus shipping (black), or $79 plus shipping (colored), and for the two-piece lower shaft assemblies the pricing runs $109 plus shipping (black), and $119 plus shipping (colored). I will also note that I'm running a Holiday sale at this time -- which I'll be posting about, below...

Thanks!

OOPS -- my bad -- I THOUGHT I didn't answer that earlier post of yours, but now I see that I did. That's OK. I now answered it twice! LOL!

As for the colored shaft, I assume this is for an Equinox 600/800? Send me an email at steve@stevesdetectorrods, and we can discuss (I want to be sure I get all the details correct).
