Spectra V3 Price?

Hello,

Can someone tell me what the price is for the Spectra V3? Are they selling for the asking price of $1,699.99 or is the asking price being discounted?

I think the price is pretty locked in $1,699 at this point, however I was able to buy a used one (2 weeks old) for $1350 with headphones and including shipping.

I got mine for $100 off with a White's 120mm pinpointer, a coil cover, a DFX control head cover, and a stand thrown in for free... This was from a local dealer, not the internet.

The best deal I could come up with is full price for the V3, but $100 off the headphones and the dealer would pick up the sales tax....We have 5% sales tax here in Wisconsin, so I would get about $150 knocked off. For me, EBay is the best way to go. HH
