Spectra V3 Microprocessor Sales to US Blocked by ITC Order?

this is how rumors and gossip start. I am quiet sure with whites reputation for quality and customer service that they have a ample supply of parts on hand to maintain the v3 for years to come. They are still repairing xlt's and they came out in 1992 I think.

I didn't start a rumor, I just simply asked a question based on fact. Regarding the second part of your post - no matter how good a company is, some things are out of their control. Like I said I am buying a V3 so I think I have a right to ask a question regarding public information on a public forum.

It aint no thang. (Just let the thread fade.) It's just that it all started with a ML guy and pointing out that there is and issue with something as basic as the processor is like saying "Houston...YOU'VE got problems!". Defensive mechanisms suck and we all need to remember "Our machines aren't our mamas!". (Saying this for myself as much as anyone.) Thick skin is good.
