Spectra-Sound headphones Something is wrong ??

Sorry all
Just got off the phone with White's. They are going to pay for the shipment back to me. A big type O on my part. Also I spoke to Todd about this (I got this loud sharp tone it the wireless headphone. At the same time the speaker sounded of a loud tone then back to the headphones. This all happened fast it was just like the headphone had turned on but thy were on for 1 1/2 hr. and the speaker was off.? Also changed from stereo to mono back and forth.)
And he will check it out when he gets it to see what going on. Also my coil is bad and he is going to send one out to my to replace it. O yes turn around time
is most of the time one day. :super:

Dont really want to say what Whites did for me but I can say that I will never buy anything other than Whites just for their customer service! I have had my problems fixed as far as I can tell. Got the version 1.1 and the switching from stereo to mono seem to be gone. The headphones are staying connected also and no more sounds from the box. :clapping:
Of course I only had about 5 minutes of test time but I will know more later.. All I can say is THANK YOU WHITES! :detecting:

That is the great thing about White's and the main reason not to hesitate to buy a new product from them. If something does go wrong they will do whatever it takes to make it right!

I will 2nd that. There Chere's for White's. I am very glad that the 1.1 fixed the stereo to mono thing. :clapping: Thanks for your input

Same here...has happened only a couple times but come to think of it, residential power lines have been present both times. Didn't worry me to much though as it seemed to be an anomaly. Ran with a 1.1 machine for only about an hour and didn't happen there come to think of it. Can't remember...will that dongle do firmware updates?

There's that word again:blink:
I'm not getting this dang Dongle stuff - ain't no common detector language I heard of before.
