Thanks, the site has a lot of history—colonial, civil war, reconstruction. I am not a collector, I’m more like a museum curator as I give my finds to the property owner—it’s part of his family’s legacy.

Great Saves of some CW History at the old plantation site. As said, keep working this area. There is bound to be more artifacts in this area. Remember that a lot of Southerners would bury their valuable possessions when they would hear news of the approaching Federal Army heading in their direction to keep their property from falling into the hands of the Federals. Dang Yankees! Lol Continued Success to you.
