Sore Legs

Well Ill tell you what I do. I really hate to admit it. Hell, nobody reads this stuff, anyhow :bouncy: In another couple of weeks, I'll turn  69....Oh hell  I kid folks on here about my Ham and cheese sandwiches. But, I really do. I stuff my treasure bag full of goodies, the Ham And Cheese, maybe a couple of Nature bars. And, when I get tired, or my back starts hurting, or my knees start shaking from the up and down. I really get under a shade tree and enjoy a little feast while I rest up.
Then get up and hit it again for another 10 min  So, hang in there. Stay out of the HOT sun, and don't get too tired. And if you find a 50 lb gold nugget, leave it there. Thats just too much for us old farts to carry out. Happy Hunting. Ron.

Oh yes it will make you sore! Heck at 51 I get sore as heck myself. I can do a 2-3 hour hunt and be ok much longer than that an I really hurt the next day.

Welcome to the great hobby, and fun times ahead, Beale.
