Check with coin dealer, as it could be a printing error when coin was made but to be on both sides --there had to be wax or something on each side of coin--How about revealing the REVERSE side?? MaGot this dot on it (both sides) and it just doesn't feel right. Only coin found on the hunt. Salt water beach in Panama City Beach. Any ideas ?

Then, I would say something happened during MINTING THE COIN process & you could have a very valuable coin; so, no cleaning,, touching or rubbing (if it can be prevented) Oh & by the way!
