Some ideas for a meter

Ron, with a few resistor or POT changes I bet you can calibrate that meter to the typical 180 scale. Also, if you search in the modifications forum there are "button" style meter links like the one the guy installs in the Sovereign speaker hole, and some of those have light up glowing LED numbers like yours. That meter you can calibrate to go 180 on a coin so it has proper scaling. It's small, but not nearly as small as the one you are using. I bet if you did some searching you could find a small eye use meter like yours with the proper scaling ability without having to change parts.
 
Critter the one being used is a 10 v DC,the 2V should calibrate to 180 or 1.80 volts.Problem with these micro meters some have no pots.One that did (the 12 V) have a pot it could be calibrated to 1.8 need the hundredth point tenth isn't enough.Have used 4 different meters the 2V DC should be real close and the best choice.
