You make some good points there are a lot of variables between fresh coins, coins in the ground & air testing coins But you would think his Outlaw would still pick up the dime at those shallow depth, plus the problems he has had with his retune button. His Outlaw needs to be sent to Tesoro for a check up..

Update: spoke with Rusty for nearly an hour today. True gentleman. After our chat he determined she was definitely sick. He said the retune button has been faulty on several models and it should never stay in am no matter what. He also said the gb should not be so touchy and that too is faulty. As for the disc of a dime but still hitting a tab, he was baffled. Super cool guy. He told me many stories of his prospecting in Australia which was really cool. He also gave me some pointers on gb since the outlaw retunes so quickly. Hopefuly she comes back good as new. Thanx everyone.
