Some finds from yesterday...

I got permission to search around an old house that is being demolished by developers.
This site goes back into the 1700's and has quite a bit of history to it.
These finds along with a few modern coins were found yesterday.
The house has already been torn down and there is debris and tree laps all around the yard making it hard to search, but I am pleased with these finds.
Last weekend, I did not find any old coins, but I was able to salvage an old Sundial that is missing the gnomon, but I have one that I found some years ago that will work on it.
I may not have much more time to search there before I have to move on, but hopefully I can save a few more relics from the past before it all disppears.

Those are some nice silvers! Your Indian looks like some of mine that didn't fare to well. Keep after that site the construction might reveal some older finds!

I was quite surprised when this popped up.. on my 800, it read 24-25 making me think it was a copper penny and hopefully at least a wheat.
When I first saw that it was silver, I thought it was a Rosie…it was not until I put my glasses on that I could tell what it was.
