Some coins .the Reel and a reminder ..

Found the coins this AM at the
schoolyard I call Mine ACE250
with sniper never moved more than 6
inches from the edge of the school building..
just an experiment I wanted to try
The reel side was found about 15 ft
from the old concession stand at what used
to be the local pool.. Its now a ball field ..
and teh tip.. i was heading out to the school anjd
realized i forgot my gloves...almost didnt go back
but i did.. the 2nd hole i dug was FUll of glass shards
I dont think i need to say what the tip is...

Nice haul, Ron. I started wearing gloves, too. Something in the soil makes my hands break out. I don't think it's night soil, just regular dirt. Must be an allergy.

Yeah that's back when they made everything out of metal instead of cheap plastic. Our cars back then were all metal. Nowadays they are mostly cheap plastic.

Yeah I try to keep my fingers out of that stuff along with rusty metal and ripped up cans. Then, depending on where you are, watch out for drug tools - needles, razor blades and such. It ain't always safe out there for beeper swingers as you never know what the earth will cough up.
