Slim pickens, but got silver ring

I hunted a small park with the At Pro, good targets were far and few between. I did manage a 925 ring which gave a great tone and registered a 86-87 on the At. Thought I was digging a quarter based on those numbers, but down about 2 inches was this ring instead. Marked 925 PSA, tried to research what the PSA was but wasn’t successful

any help? Also dug $1.27 in clad, bunch of trash.
