slight issue with coil on manticore

Here’s a good video shows coil working properly

I'd give Minelab a call, and talk to one of their techs..

Still learning here.
It seemed to hit off center for me on iron and junk.
A quarter inch perfect round ball of can slaw.
Painted a perfect coin circle.
Said 6 inch's down. Turned out 2 inch's.
And pinpointed off to the side of coil.
Not down the center.
mine does the same. I've also noticed if I turn 90 deg, the signal sometimes vanishes.

i first noticed it in my driveway on a surface coin. Detects on the sides but not the center. May want to investigate further. I have not heard from ML yet, but my dealer tried one that he has and it works good. So i sent mine in

I've asked about this anomaly on two different youtube channels and both replies said to send coil to ml

I just checked mine and it detects all down the center using a quarter. That’s where double D coils receive their signal, if they receive off the edges something is haywire. Get hold of your dealer and get it looked at.
