"Singletrack Trauma" (A True Story)

my left wrist is still being looked at, and I had my accident last Mother's Day!!! Broken bones are just awful!! But take care and since you are not as old as I am, maybe you will mend faster!!! :)
 
I do a lot of kayaking and hiking alone and I am very aware that I have to be careful. My cell always goes with me and I am for sure not gonna forget it now. I am a hell of a lot older than you are and a person never knows when he is gonna need a little help :thumbup:

hi royal. the accident happened a week ago yesterday. my arm is still black and blue around the bicep area and i have to wear this darn sling for 3 more weeks. if there's one thing i,ve learned from this is pain pills are your friend.:smoke:
