Silver Dimes Ringing in Like Pennies (11/43)

Some guys say that to not miss anything that they just dig it all. I understand the reasoning behind that and at some sites it is the best thing to do. I also think that if you are going to be a dig it all type hunter you really spent to much money buying the CTX.There are cheaper machines that will work for that.

The real problem is one of perception. People THINK they should get 100% perfect target ID's fro every single type of target. I have even seen people say "I didn't buy a CTX to dig clad". I don't know wbout where other people are, but for me, the CTX is deeper and any other non-PI detector I have owned. It also much more accurate at ID'ing those deep coins as COINS and not confusing them as iron as those "cheaper machines" will.

I don't care if I dig up pennies. I'm in this to find the history under the ground, not just digging silver (which I do love). While I am closer to being a "dig it all" guy, I still dig far, far less trash with my CTX than I have with any past detector.
