Seriously considering the V3

I usually hang out in the Minelab forum since I have owned a Quattro for about 4 years. I have been looking to upgrade for a while and had been considering an Explorer until a read a little about the V3. What I like about the V3 is the amount of raw information it can give the user. Being a bit techincal, that really appeals to me.

I am curious if there are any minelab owners here that also have the V3. I would be interested in your thoughts.

just buy one !!! cant praise it enough. I have been wooping the pants off my fellow tecking mates both of which are using minelab tecs. The V3 is by far the best all round detector i have ever used. The user interface is 100 times simpler to use than the explorer or etrac with far less button pressing and access to what you want is done in a fraction of the time.

all the best rob

Bought a V3 and sold my Etrac. I like the V3 better than the Etrac. I would say they are comparable for depth but the ability to adapt and adjust the V3 blows the minelabs away.

There is no machine out that gives more target info than the V3. Its deep on silver and unbeatable on gold.

Gentleman, I am considering buying a new detector, but i cannot decide between the V3 and the F75. Does anyone know of any comparrison testing of these two machines or have any information that would help?
