sending etrac to Kelly co???

Here is an update on my etrac,

Today makes 6 weeks in the shop.
I was contacted by a tech last Friday. I explained the sound was shorting out with and without the headphones.

He said he wouldn't be able to get to it until Monday.
I sent an email yesterday to see about the progress and haven't received a response yet.

I don't know but six weeks is getting up there as far as warranty repair work.
 
how do U send warranty work for my Etrac to Kellyco? Mine is up in December 2017 and want it to get worked on before it expires? Do I need a work order from Minelab first?

Hi Nalc472, if you email me at service@minelabamericas.com, I can set you up with a RMA (return material authorization) number for a repair.
