I had a Mojave. I always have wondered how far they have the sensitivity set on a Compadre.

I was always buying something else. I like Tesoros, but my Teknetics G2+ is my favorite machine. I will never part with it.

Congrats on the compadre!! They're nice I have one modern 5.75 and one modern 8" both bought new in like 2015 or 16. Also have 2 Mojave. Well I have 11 tesoros but people used to laugh at me but many times I just grab the compadre. Turn on and hunt lol. I have good soil so factory GB is fine for me.
Love those machines.

I liked the round hole speaker with the 7" concentric. Hard to find now.

I don't know if it's just me, but I like all the older round speakers grill with hole detectors. The ones I have have a much higher pitch for the tone. I have a Cutlass umax 12khz (not the Cutlass II umax 10khz) and the bandido II umax.
Rather than ruining my warranty (funny now) on modding my compadres, I found this one. Has all metal/disc knob like the vaq and sensitivity knob. Like a compadre with knobs and the higher pitch audio.
They only made that model for a year or two before going to the Cutlass II umax.

I have a At Pro and G2+. I recently bought a used X-Terra 305 and added a 18khz 5x9 coil. Have yet to use it because I'm mostly relic hunting now.
