Safari is a Silver Sniffer!

Got back over to the house I lived in back in 67. I had hunted it 10 days earlier and got 2 Rosies. Slowed my swing and cranked up the sens. My best silver day yet. A 41' and 2-43' Mercs. and a 58' Washington quarter. The first find of the day was the ring which is marked "Sterling". It also has the "U" with an arrow through it. Looks like a pre-engagement ring with 2 diamond baggetts. 3rd ring of the year. Tenspeed also got a Rosie so that FRONT YARD has given up 7 silver coins and 2 ladies silver rings along with over 20 wheats. The car in the middle is not marked but sure its from the late 60's. The blue rail is a 93' Hotwheels.
Then on Saturday morning raining or not I caught up with Tenspeed and hunted a area from the 30's. A 46s, 64D and 47 Rosies. 83' penny from Panama. The watch is a 40's Ladies Geneva Anti-magnetic gold plated Locamotive pocketwatch. The small perfume bottle is from the 40's and had a fragrance called "Breathless Mist". The medal is a foot race 3rd place award from 5-3-75. Engraved on the back. Didnt last long in the ground. Also got 11 wheats from the late 30's through the 50's. Safari W/11" Pro coil.

There is no doubt about the Safari being hot on silver. Great variety of finds! Late last fall I went thru the exact same spot my friend had just hit earlier with his MXT and pulled out a "64" Washington quarter. How he missed it I do not know. A week earlier he was giving me a hard time about finding a clad quarter in an area I had just gone thru, so in regards to the "64" quarter I told him the Safari hits harder on silver than it does clad and that he was welcome to find any of my missed clad as long as I could keep finding his missed silver...

Wow, what a haul! All of that would probably be a good year for me:laugh:
