Found this tonight.

I had researched the area and found that it had been used quite a bit for camping, so I thought I'd give it a try. Not many coins
but I did manage to turn the sod over and found this. (silver ring .925 marked on the inside)

The first picture is literally what I saw after I flopped the sod over, second picture is the ring after I pulled it out of the sod. Makes my second ring in a week.

Silver rings.....think I might be able to remember every one I've ever found....can't say that about silver coin! Nice find!
 
Research, not luck won the day.
 
Nice ring--i will be hitting this campground later this month that i did pretty good last year--i target the fire rings where all the drinking and gathering acures. I think this will be a good place to try out the V3I
