UPDATE: She responded on facebook message to me that the house was burgularized a couple years and her jewelry was taken and she said it is possible the thieves dropped it. So I just went ahead and gave her the description of the ring. Never heard back. I was hoping she would want the ring and be real grateful because then I'd have asked to detect her yard. But she must not think it is her ring, so now it is my ring.
