Anyone notice what they said about the button. 3 feet deep.
Notice what they were using, the Tejon...
Only thing was they were checking the wall of a hole when they found the button. I don't think the Tejon could have found the button from the top. Comments welcome
 
Sure do wonders with them detectors, relics, nuggets, treasure,beaches, and don't forget the crime scenes, so many good things out there,:detecting::usmc::usaflag:
 
That has dug over 100 buttons and a dump truck load of minis you can knock a button or mini down in a hole with ease.
the deepest mini I'v dug was out of the hard pan at 18in and the deepest dime I'v dug was 13 in.

in the show they were hut digging so the button wasn't actually detected 3 ft. deep. they usually locate the larger iron in the hut then dig it out then hunt the sides for targets.
