Relic detector

Kirk

New member
Going on a relic hunt in the near future and would appreciate any feed back as to which model you would recommend. Not sure yet where the hunt is, somewhere in VA, so would need a machine that could handle a variety of conditions. Thanks.

Hello Kirk......it is VERY HARD to beat the Tesoro Vaquero. No detector on the market is faster is response time from nhull to positive tone than the Vaquero. When relic hunting, stagbility, depth, and quick response are paramount to success. The Vaquero has them all.

The vaquero is okay but,i would go with the tejon. The vaquero,i'm sure is a little easier to understand, but the tejon rocks....just my own honest opinion....hh kd.

In Virginia, Cibola, Vaquero, or Tejon. All work well in the ground conditions here, even the preset Cibola. Just depends on how easy you want the machine to be to learn, and how much you want to spend.
