Should i post.
Great finds plidn1, but us non TID guys think that you have made all your finds with a non TID detector. Do you have and can you prove that all your finds have been made with a TID detector.

Or should i post.
Well done on finding that lot plidn1, you have made a verry impresive amount of finds for 8 months mate, but just think of what you would have found if you had been using a non metered detector. you would have found at least 40% more.

Wow, now that's a great bit of detecting. It looks like Roberts post of 40 % is well wrong. You keep up the good work plidn1 and keep making great finds mate.

I feel just horrible that I am losing 1200-1600 finds a year......:biggrin: I think I would have to see some supporting data to that 40% loss.
 
Although I added fuel to the fire, I have to agree with you Mike on the TID vs. Non TID.

I will close this thread and for those who want to continue can take it to the Metal detecting forum.
