Recomendations For Detector

I have the Hookah comming in today can't wait to try it out!!!!! thanks for all the info and help. Maybe we can get together in MI sometime,

Doug

you are ok if you stay above 30 ft but if you get below that you have to watch the bottom time.

I am working on a low cost Hookha setup for diving 6 foot of less.
Any one willing to help me make this work I will post all the information on firstontop.com
and this site of all to use.
Ok now let get started.
Mybe I'm crazy but I want a very small hookha setup.
I will be in 6 foot or less underwater.
Will this compressor work.
It is a MINIMATE compressor with 17PSI at 6.5 LPM of air flow.
Or if you know of any low cost unit that will run on 12v to 120v.
This is what i want to do with it.

AMEN Royal!! I just got a Tiger Shark, I feel confident that if I get the coil over metal it will let me know, however I am still learning what it is trying to tell me. If I miss something good guess what it is MY fault, not the machines!! (and it didn't cost 1K either  )

I would like the Detector Pro Wader, but I can't right now. I mean I have the money, but can't be used for that.
I mean, I am pretty confident about the Decision I am going to make right now, I will be going to Radio Shack in a little bit to get my 3300.

I will also be spending EASTER, tomarrow in the beach all day with my family, so I will test it, and let you guys know.

One question, it might be ghetto, but ohh well. To protect the coil, for now, can I double bag it with those plastic bags, would it affect the performance.
I would by the protector in the future.
Let me know.
Thanks

I decided to buy this one.
I decided to buy the Discovery 3300 at Radio Shack.
I just called the closest one to my house, like 3 blocks away, and they have one left in stock.
I will go before they close and pick it up. Its $199.97 plus tax.

You guys made my decision very easy.
Plus I read alot of great reviews on it all around.
Thanks, and I will post here often.
thanks again
