Re pound 3rd house with new Pattern. SLQ, V nickel.

You might miss some old nickel! I found 1868 Shield Nickel at about 7 to 8 inch deep is 15/13 16/13 !

I also found that old War Nickles will hit at 15-14

You must increase the Conductive to 14 War Nickles read at 14 Never found a Gold Coin myself in this area. I have never even heard of anyone ever finding one. Not worth digging all those Pull Tabs for me to include those 20s

Know what you are saying I found an Indian yesterday and I swear the reading was 01-36

Anybody have any luck with my pattern yet? I can take any comments good or bad. Looking to keep working on it until it works great.

With Bill S's pattern I have no problems finding nickels, they come in at 11/12, 12/12, 11/13, and Canadian Steel nickels come in at solid 13/13. nge
